HELP - KTorrent crashes on startup!

Ktorrent has started (out of the blue) crashing on startup. I am running 2.02. Here is the output:

Seems that this crash happens with KDE code so I'm not sure we can do much about it.

Does this happen everytime you try to start KT?

Well, it turns out that it has something to do with XGL and Compiz. I rebooted my machine entirely (not just CTRL-ALT-BKLSPC) and now it's working. So I think what happened is something was updated, broke KDE and needed to be rebooted.
