I'm toying a bit with the ktorrent settings, but I'm not sure exactly how they are handled.

Is number of upload slots per torrent or global?
When seeding a torrent, the peer list has a ton of people with 0kb/sec, that's marked as a upload slot. Why?

I got 700kb/sec upstream, and it seems the more upload slots I have the faster I upload, but 99% of the peers connected have 0.0kb/sec and a score of -5.

And they had a score of -50 ? That's just been fixed.

The more upload slots, the more people you can upload to.
