I am a new user with ktorrent and I have some questions about the Protocol encryption.
- how can I enable/disable it?
- and how does it works (in witch sourse files is the encryption)

You can enable/disable encryption from Settings->General->Encryption.

It's compatible with most (if not all) popular BitTorrent clients and sources are in libktorrent/mse/ directory.
