I was seeding a file when I removed accidentally an user, I want to seed the file to everyone, so how can I get the user back, the ipfilter plugin was not loaded, but the fact is that the user has disapeared from the leechers list.

Up to all the versions in the 2.0 series, you have to restart the client to get session bans wiped out.
Next version 2.1 will have a special dialog for this, where you can unban the peers you manually banned before, so a client restart isn't needed anymore in the future.
