http://buntudot.org/people/~jdong/ktorr ... st.torrent

I have made a 1MB empty-file test torrent to see if KTorrent SVN's recent trackerless torrent creator works as advertised.

Test and report back if you have a chance (all ktorrent versions welcome!)

It took half a minute to find you (I assume it was you, are you from the US ?), but it did and then it started downloading.

Does not work for me (using svn HEAD) - is the file still there?

I wasn't seeding it the last few hours, but I've started again now and will be online probably until tomorrow morning so you can try again.

You couldn't find any peers? Is your DHT working properly?

Exactly, ktorrent does still not find any peers. As far as I can tell, my router is properly configured. Noticed that ktorrent listens on an udp6 port, but according to the posting http://ktorrent.org/forum/viewtopic.php ... light=udp6
this shouldn't pose a problem, right? What else to take care of?

Hehe, no surprise there. I had to take my laptop out to a trip since my last post... I'm talking via GPRS/EDGE right now, and over this crummy 5KB/s link I'd rather not run KTorrent :D
