error: Qt (>= Qt 3.3)

Tue Nov 21, 2006 2:55 pm
Im trying to install the weekly release of ktorrent (18-11-06) but ./configure gives me this output:
checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 3.3) (headers and libraries) not found. Please check your installation!

Ive installed every Qt package I can find but still nothing. The 2.0.3 rpm installs fine (fc5, i386) but I would like to try the newer versions.
Thanks for any help.

EDIT:looked at the rpm spec file and found these in the requirements, none seemed to be installed but it works now.

well, i had the same problem, and is resolved using the configure option
Code: Select all
--with-qt-dir=/usr/lib/qt-3.3

must be a problem with the configure script, that dosnt "like" the "fedora way" of placings libs :P
