I seem to have problems seeding to peers. I get an ok upload rate when downloading but when I seed it uploads for a while (maybe 30 secs) and then cuts off.
On a private tracker im the only seeder and theres one other peer whose snubbed and choked and a score of -1.00. It will upload for a little while and then cut off for ages (5 -15 mins, sometimes even longer) before starting again. Im connectable and using the svn from mon dec 18th.

global: 250
up/down rate: 0
upload slots: 4
I have a 512 down, not sure about up, either 128 or 256.
How can I get a steady upload rate?
