Hi all,
I leave ktorrent running 7/24, and every few days it crashes (no big deal). I have a script which checks every few minutes to see whether it is running, and, if not, it restarts it. The problem is, at least under Fedora, that when ktorrent crashes the KDE backtrace dialog gets displayed, and ktorrent doesn't actually exit until I press OK. Hence the program hangs in a crashed state until I happen to notice. Is there any way to disable the backtrace dialog so that my script can automatically restart ktorrent? FWIW, I am running ktorrent under Gnome, and I am not very familiar with how KDE works. Thanks. |

Up until several days ago, I was running v2.0.3. I am now running v2.1beta1 with the hope (only partially realized) of being able to use the web interface plugin.
I would be happy to give you backtraces, but the ones I get tend to look like this:
Do I need to recompile with some kind of "--debugging enabled" flag? |
