Hi all,

First of all, thank you to the developers for, I think, great client for our KDEs desktops.

I gave it a chance, but it's impossible to download, I've spent more than one week to 7 movies, and they're about 40% yet :-(

Download speed are always very slow (now, with 20-100 seeds for each movie is about 15 kb/s in total!), torrents are always stalled/downloading/stalled/downloading,etc...

Looking at the other posts with that problem, I put 50-100 connections for each torrent, open the ports in my router, and installed 2.1rc1 version, but nothing solved my problem. With utorrent speed are about 60-90 kb/s in total, with the same movies.

I'm using kubuntu and a 1Mb/300Kb ADSL connection, thanks in advance.

My p2p went to hell over Christmas too. Both Azureus and Ktorrent started really sucking on download speeds. I had tons of torrents with a few MB down and 2~3 GB up.

I think the problem was created by my ISP. They must have been throttling p2p, or something. Both Azureus and Ktorrent started working perfectly again about a week ago.

Perhaps you're having a similar problem created by your ISP dealing with the Christmas data rush?

I also got this problem.....

First try with 2.0.3 version and now 2.1

It also seems, that the downloads with 2.0.3 were a bit faster then with 2.1.

It should be the opposite. 2.1 should be much faster than 2.0.3.

Are you sure you have a healthy torrent? They can be slow sometimes...

I'm having a similar issue with 2.0.3, but if I put the same torrent in Azureus it downloads heaps faster (hours rather than weeks). Port forwarding is working via uPnP.

Moving back to Azureus for the time being (pity, as it's a bit of a hog)
