Use Azureus and have a download at 99.8 percent complete. Checked on the pieces icon and see that of the 12 people sharing all of us do not have 4 or 5 of the same pieces of the torrent to complete it so in this case what happens? I mean if none of us have the whole file, will any of us be able to complete it. it is a Rock concert. Can I end the download and just view what I have somehow and if a song or two is deleted who cares? What would be the next step? Thanks for any help.

These things happen sometimes. Since there's no seeders no one can complete the torrent until someone with 100% complete gets in the swarm. In these situations the best you can do is wait and hope some seeder will show.

Since it's a video file (not compressed? zip,rar, whatever?) most likely you can watch it without those parts if the beginning and the end of the file are downloaded. Try 'preview' option in InfoWidget and see if you can watch it.

Also, if this is copyrighted material, the RIAA/MPAA is known for setting up fake torrents that never complete and they'll scrape IP's to issue ISP subpoenas with.
