Is it normal? It happens when I have more than 25 torrents at seeding…

Search around the forums a bit you'll find more detailed instructions.

You'll need to increase open files limit ('ulimit' command).

Connections to other peers are also counted as files on linux so it's also a good idea to limit number of peers per torrent too.
