I'm having a problem where I'm seeding a torrent and KTorrent decides to pop up a notice saying that it'd be a good idea to check the data, so I do, and it's all verified as good... so it goes back to seeding, but after a few seconds the notice pops up again.

is this from other clients reporting my data as corrupt? eventually none of the leechers will connect to me

This happens when we detect corrupted chunks during uploading.

Seeing that nobody of the leechers wants to connect to you, you must be sending bad data. Otherwise the checks wouldn't fail, and you wouldn't be seeing those popups.

We will check this out.

Btw what version are you using ?

A lot of this is probably irrelevant...

finally resolved this, apparently it was just a corruption in ktorrent's cache
