I have a couple of downloads in the queue which are stalled even though I see peers with complete copies (100%) in the peer list. Why does this happen?

The necessary ports are forwarded on the router so I don't think it is a connection problem. What else could it be?

They are choking you or not?

3 is just a few peers, I guess the torrent is not that popular...
