Version is 2.1.2. I use gentoo. I don't know what you mean backtracing. Whole error log? I started ktorrent with --depug switch and post the end of log. I didn't saw anything special before those messages.

Here is whole log:
http://www.mielikuvitelma.fi/ktorrent.txt

I will remove everything about ktorrent and reinstall it. But before that I want just know what's the problem :)

Edit: would those corrrupted chunks make ktorrent crash?
edit2: -No.

edit3: I removed all in "home/joni/.kde3.5/share/apps/ktorrent/" and now it is working.. How this happend? I hope that it was one-time problem (: maybe some plugin?

I've found an Hox to stop the bug

(GB) I've had the same problem.

The error log seems to tel that some website where unreachable so it create a 'null' object.
The barbarian ( not as much a the upper one) solution is to delete the
~/.kde/share/apps/ktorrent/search_engines
file... This method keeps you're
You can also try line by line which one is not reachable anymore...
Just a translation :
----------------------
A+

Upgrade to 2.1.3, it probably is the crash which we fixed in that release.
