SVN 03-24 in Kubuntu (Edgy):

After upgrading to SVN 03-24 from 2.03, my torrent in progress pre-upgrade can no longer expand for me to select particular files inside the torrent to be prioritized as first, or skipped entirely.

Looked around in the forums, couldn't find this exact problem, maybe this is expected behavior?

Maybe the method to expand the torrent simply changed, and I cannot find it, because I am slow...

Thanks for a great prog, and any help you can offer,
Noob Thomas

I was using 2.03 to download a torrent. I could expand this torrent (have it list all the files) and then right click on individual files within the collection, telling KTorrent to download a certain file first, or to skip it entirely.

I then upgraded, though this torrent was not yet complete.

This torrent now takes up only one line under "Downloads," I cannot make it expand to see the files inside, as I could before, so I cannot prioritize the individual files, or see if some of the files have made more progress than others.

Sorry for the hasty writing earlier, hope this is clearer. I'm not sure what all the proper terms are for these actions, so I'm struggling a bit to explain myself. Thanks for your attention to this.

Do you have the infowidget plugin loaded ? If not, load it. (Settings dialog in the plugins section)

that was very straightforward, thanks.

I found it pretty intuitive once the plugin was pointed out, but for anyone else out there:

to load the plugin:
Settings > Configure KTorrent > Plugins > infowidgetplugin (top of the list on mine) > Load > OK.

to see the files in the archive:
new buttons should have appeared at the bottom left of the main program window:
Status / Files / Chunks / Peers / Trackers.

Just click "Files" to see and adjust the expanded information.
