... or is there such possibility at KTorrent at all?

What I do is, first I copy the data files and .torrent files to the new location. Then I remove the torrent from ktorrent and then reload it from the new location. It will re-verify the data and then continue to seed. One problem with this is you lose all your statistics up to that point.
