2.1.4 released

This is a bugfix release, and contains some minor bug fixes, most notably the .. problem in filenames.

Also everybody experiencing the DHT crash, should try this release.

Do you know what you fixed in the DHT implementation? The Ubuntu devs apparently won't update the available KTorrent (feature freeze and all that), so a just-bugfixing patch for the DHT-crashes would be very nice :D
