How to make sure that the downloads are routed through tor for the sake of anonymity and non-traceability? Looked through the FAQs, but did not find an answer to that issue. Could you post one there, please? Thanks!

The tor network is NOT meant to be used for this purpose. It simply does not have enough bandwidth to be used as a P2P routing solution. The tor folks have threatened to apply filters to limit traffic on tor networks if people start abusing it for P2P usage. This will not be supported here and it is best if you do not attempt it.
