Hello. Here they are:
1. How do I see which torrents are ungrouped yet? It is difficult to tell when there are 50+ torrents total.
2. I am asked to help seed some data, but the import plugin doesn't allow me to point to the files! It only asks for directory where it tries to find the files, but my files have different names and I can't change them. I can't make symlinks either.
3. Configure script is missing from svn version and from svn snapshots. Where should I look for it?

You need to generate it by running make -f Makefile.cvs
