Hello all,

Since I have sloooow net connection, expecially out, I sometimes have to limit the upload stream when I need to send something. I have noticed that when I limit upload, download reduces with it. At least I have seen download speed rise when I remove upload limitation.

Is there some additional limit to downloading speed if I limit uploading speed?


PS. This has happened so many times that I stopped believing that it only a coincidence.

Limiting upload speed can hurt your download speed.
