when you select which files to download from a torrent, does it only download that data, or does it download all data but discard the unwanted data?

It should say it's downloading 2GB.

Why are you asking? Why don't you check it yourself?

There is a bug in 2.2 which causes the file selection to go wrong. You will have to do the selection again in the files tab.

We have already fixed this, and the fix will be part of the 2.2.1 release which should happen friday or saturday.
