Cant get rid of a file?

When I "remove torrent / remove torrent and data" it closes Ktorrent.

When I restart Ktorrent its still there. Ive deleted the files in the usual download place and the torrent (it was an album).

It does allow me to stop the download.

version: 2.1 (Using KDE 3.5.6)

Obviously shouldn't happen.

Try updating to 2.2.1.
