Hi there

being a total newbie to nix world, i got a couple of questions:

I'm using suse 10.2 on a dedicated server on wich i managed to upgrade the Ktorrent version already installed on it to 2.2.

My main question is: how do i can run ktorrent as a service (don't know the right term under linux) even when my KDE desktop is locked.
Everytime when the desktop is locked ALL programs stops working and i have to restart firefox, Ktorrent etc... so i wish ktorrent to still run even when i'm logged off..

any advices??
