No incoming connections, Linux Pardus Firewall

I installed Linux Pardus on my laptop yesterday & with it I got ktorrent. Normally I use another torrent client (as well as Ubuntu), but I've decided to try ktorrent for a while. I'm not getting very good speeds however, since ktorrent is being somewhat blocked by my Pardus Firewall (ktorrent says no incoming connections, possibly firewalled), even though I've made sure to make the firewall accept all incoming connections through the ports that I've specified.

Can anyone offer some advice? And does anyone have any experience with the Pardus firewall?

Edit: I've forwarded ports in my router a long time ago, so that's not a problem.

Never tried it, but you just need to make sure that incoming TCP connections are possible on the port you configured in KT.
