recently finding that the downloads are eating up space i changed the download folders o another partition.
previously i manually copied and pasted in the destination folder.
then i found that by right clicking i can see set download location as an option. i did so and the data was moved to the new folder.
however on resumption i find that the entire files are being downloaded again and the previously downloaded data does not seem to be there.
what is up?

when i want to check the file size it gives me the entire file size of expected download not the actual size.

Right click on the torrent and select check data integrity
