I use Ktorrent 2.2.2 built from source code on a Ubuntu Feisty PC and find it to fill all my needs except for this very annoying bug.
On the WebGUI which I use to access the server from my Desktop PC, when I click "Start All" to resume the torrents after pausing them for a while, to play an online game or something, rather than resume a couple of torrents and queue the rest of the torrents, it resumes all torrents. The figure I put in the "Maximum downloads" settings box doesn't seem to have any effect. Any idea what I am doing wrong or how to fix this bug?! Should I try the latest svn snapshot? Cheers, |

Okay but that leaves me with a problem. I need to be able to administer through the WebGUI to pause and resume the queue. I want my flat mates to be able to pause the torrents so they can get an acceptable ping to game servers when they want to, then resume the torrents so the queue is back in effect when they are finished gaming. Is there any way for me to do this? Cheers for your response. |
