I was uploading a few torrents and 1 torrent was on d/l. Speed of d/l was max. 15kB/s. When i shut off torrents on upload, d/l speed increased few times. Average was about 50kB/s. Is this normal behaviour? DHT was disabled from begining.

i've seen this myself on private trackers. I personally attributed it to other clients snubbing me because I wasn't sharing enough... i.e. I had a personal ratio that was in the hole.
