Can anyone tell me how to do that? The current tray icon doesn't looks very good.

(like utorrent way maybe? )

Changing the tray icon is not possible without changing the code.

well, you just put a icon with the name tray.png or something in a folder somewhere (user profile folder) and utorrent will use that as the tray icon. In the same way, the toolbar icons and the taskbar icon is changeable.

hope the icon get improved in a later version .

It's just the tray icon, the bigger icon looks good (~128x128)

uhm, I just install a new icon theme and the tray icon of ktorrent changed. So yeah, it's changeable.
