Hi,

I wanted to apply some patch to ktorrent so I need compile it myself. Could someone tell me please, what prefix should I use in case of openSUSE 10.3?

I installed it just with

Code: Select all

./configure --prefix=$HOME/ktorrent/

and tried to copy plugins to /opt/kde3/lib, /opt/kde3/lib/kde3 and /usr/lib/kde3 but it didn't help. My ktorrent can not see plugins.

P.S.
/usr/lib/kde3 doesn't exist in my system by default.

export KDEDIRS=/home/user/ktorrent
kbuildsycoca
ktorrent

This should do the trick.
