I am running Kubuntu 7.06 and have installed the Khmer Language packs. So I am able to type in Khmer (well, to be strictly accurate, it is possible to type in Khmer), but have left the system language as British English.

When I use Ktorrent, the interface is part English and part Khmer.

Doh! Just worked it out. Go to Region and Language - System Settings, add US English, and set the order as British English, US English, Khmer.

If anyone knows both US and British English, maybe they could translate, I only know British and New Zealand English.
