Is it possible to run KTorrent without X server?

Well, the subject is pretty much my question... I have a server running without an X-server and was wondering if there's any way to remotely run KTorrent on it, say through the WebGUI [as an X server kinda defeats the purpose of a server ;)]. I fear for the answer :(
But if it's at all possible, how do i start it, say, using what flags, and how do i connect to the WebGUI?
And if it isn't, any suggestions for alternatives are welcome ;) I require the ability to schedule downloads (from 2am-8am, stupid ISP bandwidth limits ), and individual file-selection from a torrent would be handy as well. I currently have torrentflux installed but i really need the ability to schedule downloads, and haven't found a way to do this with torrentflux/torrentflux-b4rt...

Thanks a lot in advance,

No, but you may use vncserver though

Thanks for the answers guys.
As for using vncserver, am i not mistaken in thinking you need to have an X-server running to use that, or at least to allow KTorrent to run?

a traditional vncserver itself is X server implementation. Therefore it runs in the "background" as a process, but you can connect to it via vncviewer to view desktop.

I'm not sure if this is really going to help, but here is what I do for running ktorrent on my headless server.

When the computer boots up it boots into run level 5 (starts X), I then have the computer setup to auto login through the KDE login manager. From there it starts up fluxbox which starts up ktorrent. This all happens on bootup so that all I need to do is plug in a Cat5 cable and power, boot up the computer and everything starts working.

Should I have any problems with ktorrent locking up I log into the server via SSH kill all the old ktorrent processes and execute "nohup ktorrent --display :0" the nohup creates a file in the directory you execute it in that all the terminal outputs that ktorrent has are routed into, this file should be periodically deleted as it may fill up.

I do almost all of my ktorrent control via the WebGUI, which is now even better than ever. I upload all my .torrent files to a samba share that I have the scan folder plugin setup to watch for new torrents. Finally should I need to do something in ktorrent that is not available via the WebGUI I log into the server with "ssh -X 192.168.***.***" (you have to have X11 forwarding setup in your ssh config file) and run "ktorrent" the backend then runs on the server and the GUI runs on my computers X server allowing me to make any changes that I need. When I am done I close down the GUI and run the nohup command from above and the GUI starts on the headless server and ktorrent works just fine.

I'm not sure if this helps you, but this is what I do and it seems to work fine for me. My current RAM usage with X running fluxbox and ktorrent is 80MB of 372MB. I'm not sure why the odd number for the total RAM, it is what Webmin reports. I run 3 sticks of 128MB, this is an old junk computer built from leftover parts, so performance is not of a huge concern.

I was thinking the web interface would work without a gui, but it requires Ktorrent to be running at the same time.

Thanks for the replies.
Sadly enough the server isn't mine - otherwise i'd probably have a similar setup to what 1998chevy1500 mentioned. I did however get torrentflux-b4rt running on the server, which works without an X-server and has a nice WebGUI to it as well... I haven't fully tested it, but it seems it's got all the features i'm looking for, including scheduled downloads [through a php script that came with tf-b4rt run by a cronjob] :)

Exactly... and sadly enough Ktorrent needs an X server running :( Otherwise i'm quite confident i'd be running X-server-less KTorrent + WebGUI
