I saw this in the log:

Means there was connection establishment going on while there already was a connection present.
UT1610 means the peer uses the utorrent client version 1.6.1.0

Yep, the garbage afterwards is the client's random ID; it's not converted to a displayable format.

Thanks, is that a special feature of Utorrent to hide the information?

There is no information being hidden here. Most clients use a fixed part for the peer id (with client id and version) and a random part to avoid having two peers with the same peer id.

When KT connects to a new peer or a new peer connects to KT, it will check if it is already connected to this peer using it's peer id.
