The only way to do that is to remove it from the blacklist file you give to KT, and then reconvert it.

it's my router's default IP
it is a LevelOne 1461A
and here is the entry, inside splist.zip->splist.txt : Consig:192.167.224.0-192.168.255.255
that is blacklisted and is reported in Log Viewer

Well, looking at it. my routers ip is in that range too, and i probably use the same ip filterlist. It just works here so this remains a question to me.

I think this is natural, because you haven't any connections to somebody with an IP between 192.167.224.0 and 192.168.255.255, so there is no need for ktorrent to blacklist your router's IP

192.168.*.* are LAN addresses, so unless you want to download locally, this shouldn't matter, and blacklisting your routers address shouldn't matter either, because you don't download from your router.
