I have an issue with IP blocking and seem unable to resolve it.
Firstly background: My ISP has a local data area that is counted separately towards my DL count. I have dl'd a plain text file that lists all the not required IP addresses. (eg: 0.0.0.0 - 58.6.79.255) I ran this file through the bluetack converter to get the result (part of is below). I have named the file as ipfilter.txt and it is located in /.kde/share/apps/ktorrent . I have placed this file and the path in the Ip filter file box, but it does not seem to be working and peer IP addresses are not within the ranges specified. Also the status is shown as Filter file not found (in red text) download and convert filter file.
Any assistance is appreciated.
