Okay, so recently all Azureus based torrent clients have been clashing with OSX Leopard.

So I decided to look for a better client and stumbled upon KTorrent.

However, i am a total n00b and can't even install it. Could someone please help a brother out?

This is a torrent client mainly developed for KDE/Linux. You might be able to compile it for OS X, as KDELIBS is now "officially" cross platform, but ymmv.
Maybe look into fink[1] or something.
