Using kubuntu-7.10 & ktorrent-2.2.5.
Have a peak and off-peak download allowance. Load torrents using cron job to move torrent file to the directory defined as "scan folder" in the early hours of the morning to use off-peak allowance; so far so good all works as expected. I use the bandwidth plug-in to control the overall usage, but wonder if there is a way to pass parameters to ktorrent at the time of loading a torrent, to control bandwidth used for that torrent, seeding time, ratio etc. as would be possible when manually loading a torrent. Thanks. |

At the moment this is not possible, we could expand the scanfolder plugin to support this. EDIT: it is possible to set a default max share ratio and max seed time, but not bandwidth for individual torrents |
