stop and start downloads?

Hi,

It's possible with ktorrent does these from command line?


1. Stop all the active torrents that at the moment are downloading.
2. Start a torrent specifically.
3. When this dowload finish the program continues with the others download that they will be stoped.

dcop ktorrent KTorrent openTorrent /path/to/torrent/file

3 is not possible via the command line

Could I exit of ktorrent after the download reach an upload ratio?
