dht - I can't find where to turn it on (on bottom of app it says "dht off") but I'm not seeing anything in settings (apologizes if I'm missing something obvious)

ip filter - says it exists and asks if I wish to use it but status is "not loaded"

proxy - If I don't check "do not use kde proxy" the torrents stay in "stalled" mode

running Suse 10.3 x64, kde 4.0.66 release 6.1
