Hi- newbie here - been using Ktorrent for about a week, no problems. Shut down my system this morning, ktorrent was working fine. Brought up the system this evening and Ktorrent won't load. No errors come up, just doesn't load. I uninstalled it, reboot the system, and reinstalled, but no good. The new installation won't come up either. I tried clicking on a torrent and using open with ktorrent. I'm told the torrents have merged but ktorrent doesn't appear on the desktop.
What do I do next? Running latest greatest Ubuntu, but haven't added any patches since I installed ktorrent. Haven't added anything since I installed ktorrent. It was working fine, just went south.

I tried the "Then edit ~/.kde/share/config/ktorrentrc and delete all lines containing hidden_on_exit " from another thread and it worked. I simply changed true to false in the line. Then restarted ktorrent and the interface loaded. Apparently is was running but no interface.
