When clicking on the scheduler icon it returns message that scheduler is disabled. However, I have selected the use bandwidth scheduler option in preferences / scheduler. The scheduler has been edited to turn off for one hour after every two hours due to ISP restrictions. Cat 1, 2 and 3 have been left unchanged.

Any suggestions appreciated

What if you enable the checkbox in the settings page and then press the edit schedule button ?

Strange, then the dialog should be shown when you press the icon.
