is there a way to configure the Systray context menu (right click) upload/download speed limits?

I have it default up to 410 for UL a 520 for DL, which is ridiculous if my sppeed is 200/30 ...
so how can I configure the values?

The values in those menus are recalculated when you change them. So if the value you want is not there, select the closest to it and the menu will change to values more closer to that.
