1) I've been downloading a torrent in ktorrent (ubuntu). I want to switch to Windows to do some stuff, and I was wondering if I could have utorrent pick up where ktorrent left off. Of course, I could go ahead and try it myself, but I fear utorrent might rewrite what's been done so far, and this big torrent is fairly slow, and has taken me a couple of days to get to the % where I'm at.
2) I've searched the forums for this before, and I was only able to find one reply in late 2007. Is there a way to remove/disable/bypass the "select file" window? Thanks. |

1) I don't use utorrent much, but it should check the data when you open a torrent and there already is some data there. It should also have the possibility to check data when you want. So every time you switch between KT and utorrent, just run a data check before you start the torrent.
2) There is an open silently entry in the file menu, which will skip the dialog. This has been added in 3;0rc1. |

Hey George, regarding the importing of a torrent in KTorrent. Is there a chance we can add a import silently option in the data selection dialog? This is handy on those sites where you need the redownload and import the torrent again and when you have a slow extern USB hard disk.
