I want to continue helping some music downloads, but I want to move the files into my Rhythmbox music library. Will cut/pasting the folders ruin the seeding? If so, is there a way I can do it and tell KTorrent where the files are located, to continue seeding?

Select and right-click the torrent.

In the menu which drops down, click "Set Download Location"

Navigate to where you want to move the files, and click "OK"

KT will do all the moving and continue seeding.
