Is there away to control the number of leachers vs seeders connected?

For example, I have a torrent that has around 8000 seeders and 27000 leechers.

Out of that I am connected to 48 seeders and 69 leechers and have a resulting download speed of 13.4 k/bs.

I can increase the number of total that connect per torrent but not at a seeder vs leecher level.

I can understand if there is not, since we wouldn't want someone to only connect to seeders, but it would be nice to connect to more seeder vs leechers when there is the opportunity.

There is no way to control the seeder leecher mix

is there any way to autokick seeders/leechers?
I mean some plugin that checks peer activity and kicks it for being idle for n sec?
