My ISP allows free un-metered traffic between peers on the same national network, so I am wondering is there a way to tell KTorrent to favour specific peers or countries? If not, can this be done with a plugin?

Not at the moment, though seeing that more and more people are asking this, I'm beginning to think we should add this feature.
