I have about 80 seeders for a torrent but i'm not connected to any of them .
i tried manual announce.
what does enqueue/dequeue do?
does queue manager work well ?

another torrent with 29 seeders is connected to 14 of them. so why are others not connecting?

It says 'stalled' on the torrent with unconnected seeders
i tried stop/start too

well heh heh.
i moved all stalled torrents to the top of the queue one by one and they began just fine
