Merging TXT IP FILTERS

Tue Aug 19, 2008 6:31 am
I am a bit confused in this area. I see the IP FILTER AREA has a url for one filter and below that it say to also download from bluetack. However, if I do that, it appears to wipe out the filter for the first. So, I downloaded both, unzipped, merged level1.txt with splist.txt and then pointed the IP Filter in ktorrent at the merged list and converted it.

Is the level1.txt file the correct file being referred to when it says PeerGuardian? Or maybe I should be asking, am I doing this correctly and are their any other txt files I should ALSO be merging into the mother load in order to increase the security and privacy of my use of ktorrent?

Thanks!

There is only URL to enter, if you then click download that will be used. There is nothing more to it.

So, I think you are saying that the URL that ktorrent comes with already typed into that area - is all I need. I only need to click the download button and ktorrent will then use the splist.

Thanks
