Why can I not change theme on ktorrent - Ubuntu, Intrepid

I can't make ktorrent change theme! I'm chaning the theme with qtconfig-qt3 and qtconfig-qt4 but nothing seems tho change the theme used in ktorrent. I really hate these ugly menus.

Is the theme in any way hard coded in ktorrent?

I'm using

Ktorrent Version 3.1.2
Using KDE 4.1.2 (KDE 4.1.2)
Ubuntu Intrepid 8.10

Theming is done by KDE, if want to change it, you need to take a look in the KDE settings.
