This is a silly question but I downloaded the kdewin-installer like the download page says and when I go to install apps I can't find KTorrent.

I installed the network tools package, the utilities package, etc. All the ones that I'd think that it could possibly be in. Was KTorrent not included with this release?

I just figured it out - it's not in 4.1.1, but there is an unstable version in 4.1.0 (which isn't working for me, but at least my question is answered).

Yes the package in 4.1.0 is old, it needs to be updated.
