What are the full exact steps that need to be performed to install KTorrent on Windows?

First of all, I already have KDE 4.1.2 stable installed, so if I can just modify that to include it, would be best. And no, I did not see it in the download list (just checked).

(EDIT: Just updated to 4.1.2 from 4.1.1, still no KTorrent, changed above text to reflect my current version.)
